Recreation & Wellness has numerous indoor and outdoor venues available. Facility availability is subject to University priorities and is subject to change. Recreation & Wellness internal programming is prioritized over University and Non-University reservations.

Restricted & Blackout Dates:

Please note that the Special Events Office will not accept any event requests for the following dates:

All University Commencement weekends. The first week of classes for the Spring and Fall Semester. All holiday dates are subject to availability based on staffing ability.

Closure Dates:

Please note that the Special Events Office will be closed and not processing any requests during the following dates:

Any date that University offices are closed.
